“The Phi is a family with unconditional love and support, who accepts me just the way I am."

-Ryan Carroll, Vice President 2019-2020
LEARN MORE

Who We Are

We are a close-knit group of thinkers, researchers, writers, storytellers, activists, debaters, performers, and more. We can often be found roaming second-hand bookstores around DC, discussing current events and comics in Kogan Plaza, and delving into existential conversations over tea and coffee. Together, our co-ed group creates a loving, safe space for members to be themselves and meet lifelong friends.

The ΑΔΦ
Society is a self-governing, gender-inclusive organization dedicated to cultivating character, scholarship, and enduring friendships. Our literary tradition fosters life-long intellectual growth, mentoring, and achievement among our members.

The Capital Chapter is located in Washington, DC at the George Washington University. It was known as the Adelphi Society until the fall of 2017.
